Progressive die, deep-draw, sheet metal fabrication. We audit, vet, and manage Vietnamese stamping suppliers so you skip the months of factory hunting and quality surprises.
Vietnam avoids Section 301 tariffs that hit Chinese stamping imports — a direct cost advantage on every container.
Strong stamping ecosystem in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Dong Nai — but quality varies wildly. Vetting matters.
Vietnamese factories accept smaller runs (5K–50K parts) where Chinese giants push for 100K+. Better fit for ramping product lines.
Our network covers the full range — from prototype tooling to high-volume progressive die runs. We match your part, volume, and material to the right factory.
High-volume continuous stamping for connectors, brackets, terminals.
Cylindrical & cup-shaped parts — battery cans, housings, enclosures.
Laser cut, bend, weld, finish — for lower volumes & complex enclosures.
Custom progressive dies, transfer dies, fineblanking dies built in VN.
Tapping, riveting, sub-assembly, packaging — turnkey to your dock.
Soft tooling & sheet metal prototypes before committing to hard die.
From your first inquiry to parts on your dock — managed end-to-end.
Send drawing + volume + target. We review for stampability.
From our vetted network, we shortlist the best fit by capacity & cost.
Receive comparable quotes. Approve sample before tooling.
We manage tooling kickoff, FAI, and production runs on your behalf.
On-site inspection per AQL, then container ship to your port.
Wrong factory match. Most VN stamping shops are 1–2 process specialists. The wrong match means delays, rework, or capability gaps mid-project. We route you to the factory that actually fits your part.
Tooling disputes. Without a clear tooling agreement upfront, ownership, repairs, and transfer rights become contested. Our standard contracts cover this from day one.
Quality drift. Sample looks great; production run #3 doesn't. We do on-site AQL inspection on every PO, with photos and measurements before the container leaves the dock.
For progressive die stamping, MOQs typically start at 5,000–10,000 parts per run once tooling is built. For sheet metal fabrication (laser + bend), runs can start at 100 units. We'll match your volume to a factory that fits — not push you into a 100K MOQ when you only need 10K.
Soft prototype tooling: 2–4 weeks. Production progressive dies: 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. We track tooling milestones weekly and share photos at each stage so you're not waiting in the dark.
You do. Our standard sourcing agreement assigns tooling ownership to the buyer once paid in full, with right-to-transfer if you want to move production later. This is non-negotiable in our partner contracts — protects you from being locked in.
Cold-rolled steel, galvanized, stainless 304/316, aluminum 1100/3003/5052, copper, brass, spring steel. For specialty alloys (Inconel, beryllium copper, high-strength steel), we have a smaller specialist subset of factories — let us know your spec.
Three checkpoints: (1) FAI on first article before mass production, (2) in-process AQL audit during production, (3) pre-shipment inspection with photo + dimensional report before container loading. You see all three reports before any payment milestone is released.
Factory matching, contract negotiation, tooling kickoff management, in-process QC, pre-shipment inspection, logistics coordination to FOB or CIF terms. Pricing is project-based — we discuss it upfront before any commitment. No hidden markups on factory pricing.
Send your drawing and volume — we'll match you with 2–3 vetted factories within 24 business hours.
